Affordable support, tailored to you.
I’m a Psychotherapist in training, offering low-cost, in-person support, in the heart of Bath.

In our 50-minute sessions, the time is set aside for you.
You can bring anything that feels important to you. We will go at your pace and treat everything with understanding and respect.
I believe change begins when we feel truly heard and are treated with kindness and respect.
I use different approaches to support your needs and help us understand your experiences together.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, see how it feels to work together, and answer any questions you have.

Individual, in-person sessions available in Bath.
Integrative approach tailored to your needs.
£25 per 50-minute session.

I’m a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) offering low-cost weekly psychotherapy in quiet, comfortable rooms in central Bath. I am completing an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), a UKCP-accredited training organisation.

I’ve worked in research and teaching in international development and forced migration, and have lived in Sri Lanka, Jordan, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United States. I also spent ten years as a stay-at-home parent. These experiences continue to inform my interest in how people live with transition and uncertainty, and how feeling met and understood can make a real difference.
